Since the prosecutor died a few days ago, I guess it does fall to me. [ he looks pretty neutral and focused about it, but there's a tinge of anger in his tone so. make of that what you will. ] And since the detective also died a few days ago, I'm a little behind in my investigations.
So far nothing's connected to any of them to suggest foul play, so... we have to treat them as isolated incidents for now. Then again, how would we know if someone tampered with the rollercoaster tracks or attacked that girl from behind before putting her in the golf course or staged the fireworks? There aren't that many of us.
We all knew this was too good to be true without any strings attached. But you'd think someone would find something by now pointing to who's running the city. I haven't heard anything, and even my own investigating's turning up with nothing.
