hulkenberg has already gone to clean her gloves off of blood, and has left them to dry in her room - so she's doing some walking, practically cage pacing this delightful vacation spot like a tiger filled with tension. she's not much of a drinker, but seeing glodell at the bar... she does slow, seeming to consider, before making her way over. ]
Glodell. Did you or your Hector awaken at any point last night? [ at least it doesn't come out accusatory! she is just asking. ]
Nor did we. [ she glances down at hector, but stops a few seats down from them, hand resting on the bar rather than taking a seat. at least, yet. ]
... the green-haired elda and I found Vi's body and the Megumi boy's head in the theatre of the Otium Biome, where it had collapsed and crushed Vi. I cannot say for certain what happened to Megumi, save for the fact that we found only his head, but Vi was at least attacked - there was a pair of scissors driven into her neck.
[ fam she is also struggling she only saw him once, really, and he was bald. ]
You jest, but the possibility not being zero is abhorrent. [ hateful that they agree on this, actually. but she shakes her head, fingers tapping on the bartop. ] Those robots gave us little time to look at things, and even I could not remove the rubble, before they arrived.
No. After we were ushered out by the robots, 'twas not long after that Justice put up his notice of a trial for their deaths. I've heard nothing of who might have been responsible - I hesitate to point fingers before we even have truly seen their remains or the scene itself beyond the destruction, but I question if he knows something we do not.
[ she knows, and while she's hesitant to call it a trial of true justice... she's also going to go, because it's the best chance to have everyone in one place to question them and put their combined efforts into something besides reacting to death. ]
Your guess is as good as mine on this, Glodell. But he had been there, when the robots were attempting to get us to leave, so I'm uncertain. [ honestly probably mostly hulkenberg, who really was about five seconds from barking and stuck around. ] 'Twould be an even greater joke if the overseers of this city were to hold trial, when they have been so absent thus far.

I didn't, no. And I've no reason to think Hector did either.
[ hector's ears perk up slightly from where he sits on the floor next to glodell's seat. ]
What the hell happened?

but he grimaces at both of those descriptions. yikes. ]
We're sure it wasn't some piece of machinery somehow flinging scissors in her direction at a high velocity?
[ in a sarcastic tone, but also with how fucking stupid this place is he's not sure it's even out of the question. ]

Do you know who it is they're saying did it?
[ whether they actually did anything or not; we both know how the so-called justice system tends to work. ]
